How it’s different & why it works:
This clinically proven lotion contains 10% AHA Lactic Acid, and is formulated specifically for dry, scaly skin conditions and sun-damaged skin, ingrown hair, and K.P. (“chicken skin”, commonly seen on the backs of the upper arms), and it helps loosen thick, adherent clogs that characterize keratosis pilaris and folliculitis.
This fast-absorbing, creamy, antioxidant-rich, intense hydrator also creates a moisture barrier, leaving your skin feeling soft, smooth, brighter, and younger looking.
It also has ammonium lactate antibacterial properties and helps relieve itching from dry, scaly skin conditions and ingrown hairs.
Plus, it is fortified with natural moisturizing agent allantoin, is non-irritating, and helps exfoliate cells of the superficial stratum corneum.
The other main ingredient is dimethicone, which is an effective skin barrier and helps treat dry skin by preventing water loss.
How to use:
Use 3x times a week. If you are targeting a special condition, consult with your dermatologist.
Apply to the body in a circular motion until thoroughly absorbed.
If you experience burning or redness, make sure you skip one or two days until your skin calms.
Can be used after showering with a loofah sponge to remove ingrown hair.
What to know:
Do not use on freshly shaved skin, due to the potent ingredients that may burn the skin.
Exfoliated skin is sensitive to sun exposure and can become photo-damaged.
